Transportes de Murcia delivers two CNG vehicles to facilitate the inspection work

July 30, 2013. Transportes de Murcia has delivered to the Traffic and Transportation Department from the Spanish city of the same name, two Fiat Punto vehicles to facilitate the work of the municipal inspection.

   There are two ecological units powered by compressed natural gas (CNG), which has a pollution index that is below the Euro 5 standard. These vehicles are part of the improvements included by the transport company in its specification sheet when they decided to invite bids for managing urban public transport.

   Transportes de Murcia has a fleet of 28 new buses powered by compressed natural gas and operates nine bus routes from October 1, 2012.
